Steve Gerber. RIP

Steve Gerber has died.

As with most people in the comics industry, because of my late arrival on the stage, I never got the chance to know Mr. Gerber beyond his work… which, in his case, was enough.

He created the Living Mummy, which was my first Marvel work, and so many other books I loved as a kid. Thanks so much, Steve.

Rest in peace.
